Convergys in Mexico City is seeking an energetic sales professional to renew services and drive upsell opportunities within a dedicated client territory. The role focuses on achieving revenue-based quotas through proactive outreach and skilled qualification.

You will manage a high volume of customer contacts by phone and email daily, maintain accurate CRM data, and provide reliable forecasts. A minimum 2 years in sales, strong English, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales capacity.
• Minimum B2 English level.
• Track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience in high-volume calling and customer-facing roles.
• Experience learning new technology and data.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Willingness to commute to Mexico City site near Poliforum.
• Sell renewals/services and upsell opportunities within a dedicated territory.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Maintain CRM data and collaborate with team to ensure professional customer experience.
