Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol is seeking a Guest Experience Host to anticipate guest needs and craft memorable moments throughout their stay. You will collaborate with Front Office to deliver personalized welcomes, in-room touches, and thoughtful departures, while managing transportation, dining, and activity requests.

The role requires 2–3 years in a luxury hotel, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Luxury Hotel.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Flexible with schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and use hotel systems for check-in/out and reservations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and sets up Welcome Experience for guest arrivals with Front Office Team.
• Check-in guests personally, share resort insights and confirm stay details.
• Prepare Farewell Experience and personalized notes for departures.
• Coordinate transportation, restaurant, and activity reservations as needed.
• Plan tokens/experiences using approved vendors and budget.
• Serve as personal host for Villa/Presidential bookings with special services.
• Handle guest questions, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Operate hotel systems to communicate with guests and run reports.
