Responsibilities include developing loyalty programs, resolving issues for VIP clients, and analyzing data to improve service quality and satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures VIP clients at corporate events have an exceptional service.
• Understand the different type of customers and analyze the experiences they have with the company at internal corporate events.
• Develop strategies to improve the customer experience, managing key relationships and coordination with other departments to ensure efficient service.
• Implementation of loyalty programs and resolution of any problems that may arise with VIP clients.
• Analyze data and trends to improve service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
