Job summary

Harbour Energy Mexico seeks a Cost Recovery Manager to lead end-to-end cost recovery across operated upstream assets, protecting value and ensuring compliance with contracts, licences, and regulatory requirements. You will combine technical authority with leadership, drive audits, and coordinate with finance, operations, legal, and regulators to strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement.

A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in oil and gas finance or cost recovery, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in oil and gas finance/cost recovery.
• Experience leading a specialist team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Mexican upstream contracts and regulatory submissions.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost recovery governance, ensuring alignment with contracts and Mexican requirements.
• Oversee audit readiness and respond to authorities and JV partners.
• Drive continuous improvement of controls and data integrity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, operations and regulatory.
