Job summary

Invenergy LLC seeks a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and planning for its Mexico operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive timely filings and audits.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of tax experience in multinationals or Big 4, with knowledge of Mexican tax laws, IFRS, and local GAAP. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• CPA, Tax Certification or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a multinational company or Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws, IFRS, and local GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and regulatory adherence for Mexico operations.
• Prepare and file federal, state, and municipal taxes (IVA, ISR, IEPS) timely.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and reconciliations per SAT/local authorities.
• Oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
• Prepare tax provisions for IFRS/Mexican GAAP financial statements.
