Invenergy Llc seeks a Tax Manager to oversee all tax compliance, reporting and regulatory adherence for its Mexico operations. The role requires deep knowledge of Mexican tax laws, IFRS and local GAAP, and experience with multinational tax issues.

The position involves managing tax filings, transfer pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize tax positions while supporting audits and tax provisions. Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• CPA, Tax Certification or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in tax management, multinational or Big 4 is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws, IFRS and local GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Oversee tax compliance, reporting and regulatory adherence for Mexico operations.
• Manage federal, state, and municipal tax filings, and align with SAT and local authorities.
• Lead transfer pricing documentation and tax provisions for financial statements.
• Support annual audits and provide tax guidance on transactions and restructurings.
• Develop tax-efficient strategies and monitor changes in tax laws.
