Copeland seeks a Cost Accounting Manager in Mexico to lead cost accounting activities, manage ERP-based costing and reporting, and ensure GAAP compliance. You will collaborate with operations to analyze product costs and margins and coordinate inventory-related finance processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and fluency in English. Hybrid or on-site options may apply depending on location and needs.

Formación

• Public Accountant and/or Business Administration degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years of proven cost accounting experience.
• Experience with MEX and US GAAP; ERP/MRP systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ERP inventory system and cost setups, including Annual Std Cost Roll Up.
• Maintain accurate labor and overhead rates within MRP systems.
• Prepare costing analyses and reports for operations and executives.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory and cost accounting audits.
• Review monthly FCST and actual sales at FG level to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S, labor, taxes and legal requirements.
