Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Cost Manager to lead international client engagements in Mexico City. You will develop budgets for feasibility studies, produce BOQs and cost breakdowns, and oversee procurement and change control processes.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and certification such as RICS or AACE. You will report to the project team and ensure timely, accurate commercial deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional experience in cost management.
• Degree in QS, CE, architecture or related field.
• RICS or AACE certification is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, CostX, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management activities across feasibility to final accounts.
• Prepare budgets, BOQs and cost breakdown structures.
• Manage procurement processes and bid evaluations.
• Ensure change control and proper payments to GC/subs.
• Present commercial reports to stakeholders and client.
