Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to lead cost planning, estimation, procurement, and reporting for occupier and portfolio projects in Mexico. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors across multiple concurrent engagements.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with cost management tools such as CostX, Power BI, and Tableau

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum 5 years in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
• Experience managing costs for occupier, workplace, office fit-out, renovation or portfolio projects.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning, estimating, procurement, and financial reporting for workplace and portfolio projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and risk registers across multiple projects.
• Coordinate procurement activities, tendering, contract administration, and change control.
