One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead the resort’s day-to-day operations, reporting to the Regional General Manager and coordinating across all hotel divisions to deliver ultra-luxury guest experiences aligned with One&Only standards.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring brand integrity, safety, and continuous improvement while driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality or 5-star resorts.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the resort and coordinate with the Regional General Manager.
• Oversee all hotel divisions (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Engineering, Security) to ensure excellence and efficiency.
• Drive guest satisfaction, manage arrivals, VIP engagement, and service recovery with urgency and professionalism.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, CAPEX projects, and financial targets in alignment with profitability goals.
• Represent the General Manager in their absence and ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and safety standards.
