Job summary

One&Only Mandarina is seeking a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury resort in Riviera Nayarit. You will coordinate with the Regional General Manager and supervise all hotel divisions to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ensuring brand standards, safety, and continuous improvement while driving revenue and managing CAPEX projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality or 5-star resorts.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards (preferred).
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across all hotel divisions.
• Oversee budgeting, CAPEX, and profitability targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with ultra-luxury standards.
