Job summary

Kerzner International, at One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit, seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator to support the Director of Sales & Marketing and Group Sales. You will manage correspondence, filing, and reporting, while coordinating client visits and trade activities to ensure smooth operation of the sales function.

You will assist in managing administrative, operational and marketing tasks, liaising with the sales team, handling invoices, and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience related to Sales in acknowledged resorts and hotels.
• Strong communication skills required; bilingual English/Spanish essential.
• Attention to detail is necessary for administrative excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provides full administrative and operative support for the Director of Sales & Marketing and Group Sales Managers/ Directors.
• Handle correspondence, filing, records, and follow-ups; screen calls and organize meetings.
• Assist in management of Sales & Marketing administrative, operational and marketing functions; compile data and reports.
• Manage sales team purchasing, finance, accounts, expenses and invoice reconciliation.
• Improve office productivity and reporting formats; coordinate client visits and sales calls.
• Act as Salesforce and Opera champion for the sales office; liaise with internal and external clients.
• Handle trade client requests and complaints with same-day turnaround to WOW guests.
• Coordinate group sales site inspections and handover processes with the property.
• Prepare end-of-month management reports and trade show collateral; maintain CRM data quality.
