RXO is seeking a Supervisor, Transportation to coordinate and supervise day-to-day transportation operations across our North American network. You will act as a liaison among transportation, operations, carriers, vendors, and customers to drive on-time performance and customer satisfaction.

You will lead and develop transportation staff, plan routing and tracking, and analyze carrier performance to resolve issues.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of transportation or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to create complex Excel formulas.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to coach staff.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison for Transportation, Operations, carriers, vendors, and customers.
• Lead and supervise transportation staff, including training and evaluating performance.
• Plan, route, manage updates and tracking of orders and shipments.
• Analyze carrier performance and address compliance issues.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer or carrier issues; provide follow-up.
