RXO, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Analyst in Monterrey to monitor and optimize shipments and routes across our network. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure on-time performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in ground transportation, with English proficiency. Schedule includes Thursday through Sunday shifts; we offer comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in ground transportation.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, track and analyze shipments and routes assigned to carriers.
• Generate time-based KPIs and monthly BI reports for customers and internal teams.
• Enter data into the dispatch system and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate issues with customers or vendors and coordinate with providers.
• Support equipment administration and operations teams.
