RXO, Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks an Analyst, Transportation to monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes assigned to each carrier. You will perform time analysis, manage KPIs, and provide BI reporting to customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and related work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in ground transportation.
• English proficiency for conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries.
• Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address operational needs.
• Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate problems with customers or vendors promptly.
• Support equipment administration and operations teams.
• Confirm data accuracy and generate monthly reports.
• Verify repair invoices and process them timely.
• Handle and complete ad hoc projects and requests as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties and multi-account management.
