RXO, Inc. in Monterrey, Nuevo León is seeking a dedicated professional to manage shipment scheduling and load tracking. This role involves regular communication with customers and carriers in fluent conversational English, as well as maintaining system databases. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the transportation industry and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This position will be in charge of scheduling shipments, tracking loads, updating system databases, negotiating with carriers, and performing all these activities in fluent conversational English.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Take meetings with customers in English and update information.
• Work with carriers in English and update the system.
• Track shipments and ensure they are updated in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with a 4‑member team to build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Conversational English and strong knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 3 years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Preferred: Computer/software skills (MS Suite, TMS, ATS, etc.).
