Uber Freight is seeking a Manager of Operations Transportation Management in Mexico City to run the P&L of the team and design, implement, and maintain standard work processes. You will work with clients to drive costs down and strengthen relationships, while developing reports and presenting reviews.

The role requires 10+ years in logistics, 2+ years of leadership, and 4+ years in tech/automation. Advanced analytics skills and cross-functional collaboration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years experience in transportation/logistics/supply chain.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience (Office employees).
• 4+ years experience with technology and automation processes.

Responsabilités

• Own P&L of the team and implement standard work processes.
• Develop and distribute customer and internal performance reports.
• Deliver cost savings and containment for customers and Uber Freight.
• Drive project list and ensure timely initiatives delivery.
• Lead business reviews and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Coach and support the team and onboard new customers.
