Job summary

Uber is seeking a Consumer Ops Lead for Mexico to translate LatAm strategy into a practical, scalable operational plan. You will lead a team, partner with local and cross-functional stakeholders, and drive day-to-day execution for sustainable growth in Mexico.

You’ll own the Mexico experimentation roadmap, analyze performance data and insights, and coach a high-performing team to deliver measurable impact across markets. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations or similar analytics role.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive execution in matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing teams while fostering collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in Spanish and English.
