Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. de C.V. seeks a Market Manager to lead the transformers portfolio in Mexico, driving commercial strategy and revenue growth across regional and global teams.

You will develop market development and go-to-market plans, identify opportunities, and support sales with technical insights. The role requires strong leadership and travel across national and international sites.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Advanced English proficiency with the ability to interact confidently in global environments.
8-10 years of experience within the electrical industry.
Strong experience in transformers, power distribution, or related electrical equipment.
Proven track record in business development and technical-commercial sales.
Experience developing and executing market growth strategies.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing commercial teams.
Strong understanding of sales processes, bids, and customer relationship management.
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into business opportunities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on commercial approach.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Lead the commercial strategy and business growth of the transformers portfolio in Mexico.
Develop and execute market development, sales, and go-to-market plans aligned with regional objectives.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to drive revenue growth.
Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, ensuring effective positioning of products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to support project execution and optimize business opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop a commercial team while driving performance and accountability.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to achieve sales targets and advance strategic business initiative
