Isotrol, a leader in Energy Market Trading Software Solutions, seeks a Growth Leader for Mexico to drive market strategies and profitability. You will oversee Go-To-Market activities across distributed generation, utility-scale, and storage projects, while ensuring excellent delivery from engineering to O&M.

Formación

7-10+ years in management, business development, or project finance within renewables.
Deep knowledge of MEM, Grid Code and Mexico regulations.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for Distributed Generation, Utility Scale, and Storage projects.
Originate, negotiate, and close key supply contracts.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships at the highest level with clients and partners.
Oversee project governance, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
Manage and mentor mid-level managers and technical leads for high performance.
Partner with senior management to set and achieve regional goals.
Assist budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting for the operations department.
Ensure highest quality standards in customer-delivered projects.
