Siemens Energy Mexico seeks a General Manager, Power Transformers, to lead strategy, operations, engineering, and commercial activities across Mexico and the NAFTA region. Reporting to the CEO of Siemens Energy Mexico, you will drive sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading a 320+ person organization.

You will build high-performing teams, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and strengthen leadership capabilities across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within Power Transformers industry.
• Proven experience leading large, multicultural organizations, including leaders of leaders.
• Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with P&L management experience.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As General Manager, Power Transformers, you will lead the overall strategy, operations, engineering, and commercial activities of Siemens Energy's Power Transformers business in Mexico and the NAFTA region. Reporting to the CEO of Siemens Energy Mexico and the Cluster Transformers Americas Vice President, you will drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading a highly engaged organization of more than 320 employees.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Power Transformers business, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion across the NAFTA region.
• Develop and execute long-term business strategies to increase revenue, market share, and competitive positioning.
• Lead operations, engineering, and sales organizations to achieve financial targets, including order intake, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders while identifying growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• Drive organizational development by fostering a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capabilities, and supporting employee engagement and talent growth.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements while representing the business before key external stakeholders and government agencies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the Power Transformers industry.
• Proven experience leading large, multicultural organizations, including leaders of leaders.
• Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement strategic growth initiatives and market expansion plans.
• Strong knowledge of the Power Transformers market, customer landscape, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic and autonomous environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is highly desirable.
