Siemens Energy Mexico seeks a General Manager, Power Transformers, to lead strategy, operations, engineering, and commercial activities across Mexico and the NAFTA region. Reporting to the CEO of Siemens Energy Mexico, you will drive sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading a 320+ person organization.

You will build high-performing teams, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and strengthen leadership capabilities across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within Power Transformers industry.
• Proven experience leading large, multicultural organizations, including leaders of leaders.
• Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with P&L management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Power Transformers, ensuring growth across NAFTA.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies to increase revenue, market share, and competitive positioning.
• Lead operations, engineering, and sales to meet financial targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.
