Siemens Energy in Mexico seeks a General Manager, Power Transformers, to lead the strategy, operations, engineering and commercial activities for the Power Transformers business in Mexico and the NAFTA region. Reporting to the CEO of Siemens Energy Mexico, you will drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction while guiding a 320+ strong team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 15+ years of leadership experience in Power Transformers, and strong P&L and stakeholder skills;

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Power Transformers or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead large, multicultural organisations and drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Power Transformers in Mexico and NAFTA.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead operations, engineering, and sales to achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction.
