Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing strategies across Modern Trade and Traditional Trade, translating brand objectives into customer and shopper activation programs that drive growth and distribution and deliver best-in-class point-of-sale execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Commercial Execution within FMCG, CPG, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven experience managing Trade Marketing budgets.
• Experience leading Category Line Reviews and retail execution initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand and commercial objectives into actionable channel strategies and execution plans.
• Develop the 'Picture of Success' and establish best practices for in-store execution and visibility.
• Drive flawless execution of promotional campaigns, temporary displays, and new product launches.
• Lead category management initiatives using shopper insights and market analytics.
• Develop compelling category growth stories for key retail partners.
• Lead Category Line Reviews and support Joint Business Planning initiatives.
• Design and implement channel-specific visibility solutions and POS materials.
• Monitor and improve distribution, share of shelf, and display execution metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.
