Midea LATAM North is seeking a Field Force Trade Manager to lead commercial trade marketing strategies across all channels, including retail partners, and to drive sales and channel expansion.

The role requires supervisory leadership, English proficiency, and strong negotiation, budgeting, and campaign execution skills to optimize share of shelf and sell-out performance across national retailers.

Formación

• 5+ years of work experience in trade marketing or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related major.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Advanced written and oral English.
• Intermediate Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the strategy, control and management of the trade marketing budget.
• Management of promotion agencies.
• Negotiation with retail chains.
• Win exhibition spaces and improve share of shelf.
• Execution of trade marketing campaigns.
• Analysis of commercial KPIs and sell out.
• Coordination of promoters and the agency nationwide.
• Budget and payroll control and coordination of sales incentives.
• Coordinate the execution of sales incentives (Pushmoney).
• Report activities on the sales floor and expenses for reimbursements.
