Redwood Logistics is seeking a Tracking Operations Specialist in Queretaro, Mexico for a full-time onsite role. You will manage freight tracking, communicate with drivers and customers, and resolve transit issues to uphold service levels.

The position emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, sharp attention to detail, and strong problem-solving as you support Redwood Multimodal and carrier networks.

Formación

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish; strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
• Prior tracking experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Track load life cycle from shipment to delivery with heavy emphasis on inbound & outbound calls.
• Communicate relevant freight updates to customers and internal carrier/operations teams.
• Accurately document data entry for each shipment scenario.
• Use critical thinking to provide visibility through load boards and freight management.
• Investigate and correct unusual customer problems and order delays.
• Issue payments for driver expenses when needed.
