Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Freight Claims Specialist in Querétaro, MX. This onsite, full-time role reports to the Senior Manager - Risk and focuses on timely filing and resolution of freight claims while maintaining precise records.

You will respond promptly to inquiries, conduct monthly aging reviews, and work with team members to improve processes. Fluency in English and Spanish is required along with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency required for verbal and written communication.
• Experience in logistics/transportation is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• File all freight claims within five business days of receipt.
• Respond to carrier and customer inquiries within three business days.
• Conduct monthly reviews of claims over 90 days old and address delays.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the freight claims team to improve claims processes.
