Empresa Confidencial in Jalisco, Mexico seeks an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives and employee experience.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep expertise in total rewards, and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels, with a focus on job evaluation, benchmarking, and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures, incentive design, and benefits.
• Experience with Mercer IPE or similar job evaluation methodologies.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, incentive programs, and pay equity analyses.
• Manage job architecture frameworks, job leveling, and position evaluation processes.
• Conduct market analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable reward programs.
• Partner closely with HR and business leaders to advise on compensation decisions, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings to support employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal governance standards.
• Analyze compensation and benefits metrics, identify trends, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other business transformation initiatives from a total rewards perspective.
