NTT DATA in Mexico City is seeking a Global Compensation Lead to design and run scalable total rewards programs. You will partner with regional Total Rewards and People & Culture teams to deliver globally consistent yet locally adaptable compensation.

You will manage global cost of compensation, drive governance, performance benchmarking, and communications. The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across regions and mergers.

Formación

• 7+ years in global compensation, with international programs.
• Experience tracking costs and aligning rewards with financial goals.
• Knowledge of global compensation practices, compliance, and market trends.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders.
• Strong communication translating data for leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and execution of global compensation processes across regions.
• Ensure compensation solutions are scalable and aligned with global strategies.
• Collaborate with regional Total Rewards leaders to balance global consistency with local needs.
• Track and manage compensation-related costs globally within budget.
• Develop scalable, globally aligned compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Identify and drive process improvements to simplify practices and improve experience.
• Support post-M&A integration with consistent compensation frameworks.
• Develop clear communications and training materials for program adoption.
• Monitor market trends, pay equity, and regulatory changes to inform design.
• Provide market insights to partners for global and local trends.
