Sonepar México & Caribe is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to manage benefits, stock plans, and employee reimbursement initiatives, and to analyze data that informs decisions.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to deliver superior Total Rewards programs, ensure data accuracy, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

The role emphasizes Excel proficiency, analytics, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits Administration, HR Analytics, or related HR role.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll platforms, vendor reporting, and benefits administration processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous improvement.
• Conversational English (B2+) required.

Responsabilités

• Administer Total Rewards programs, including benefits, stock plans, and employee reimbursement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, perform audits, and analyze data to support business decisions and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage benefits billing processes, financial tracking, and vendor reporting while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain compensation and benefits data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Partner with HR, Finance, vendors, and business leaders to support Total Rewards initiatives and deliver exceptional service.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.
