Empresa Confidencial is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and enhance employee experience.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep expertise in total rewards, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization. Strong Excel skills and MercER IPE familiarity are preferred to drive data-driven decisions.

Formación

  • Fluent English in speaking, writing, and presenting.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, incentive design, and benefits administration.
  • Hands-on with job evaluation methodologies, including Mercer IPE or similar.
  • Experience with market surveys and benchmarking.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits strategies aligned with goals.
  • Lead annual compensation processes including salary reviews, benchmarking, incentives, and pay equity analyses.
  • Manage job architecture, leveling, and position evaluation processes.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compensation decisions and workforce planning.
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings to improve engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and governance standards.
  • Analyze compensation metrics, identify trends, and present insights to leadership.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and transformations from a rewards perspective.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives and employee experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, deep expertise in compensation frameworks, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards, job evaluation methodologies, benefits design, salary benchmarking, and compensation governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, incentive programs, and pay equity analyses.
  • Manage job architecture frameworks, job leveling, and position evaluation processes.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable reward programs.
  • Partner closely with HR and business leaders to advise on compensation decisions, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings to support employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal governance standards.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits metrics, identify trends, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other business transformation initiatives from a total rewards perspective.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English required (spoken, written, and presentation skills).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards roles.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, incentive design, and benefits administration.
  • Hands-on experience with job evaluation methodologies, including Mercer IPE (International Position Evaluation) or similar frameworks.
  • Experience managing market surveys and compensation benchmarking activities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
