McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Interlomas, Edo. Mex., seeks a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support LATAM benefits operations, enrollment, and compensation analytics.

This hybrid role (60/40) combines analytics with program administration and cross-country collaboration to drive competitive rewards and employee experience. The candidate will partner with HRBPs and regional teams, manage market data benchmarking, ASR support for LATAM populations, and maintain recurring reports to ensure

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; LATAM multi-country scope preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS/HR platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Project coordination across stakeholders and countries.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate benefits enrollment initiatives across LATAM with HRBPs and vendors.
• Lead benefits communication sessions and campaigns.
• Support annual benefits renewals and cost analyses across LATAM.
• Assist ASR process for defined LATAM populations (Mexico, El Salvador).
• Perform market data benchmarking and compensation analysis in Mexico.
