Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to provide compensation and benefits administration, data reporting, and continuous improvement across HR services. You will interface with Business HR and Centers of Excellence to optimize processes and manage vendor relations.

Qualified candidates will have multilingual English and Portuguese, a degree, 2–4 years in service centers, and experience with total rewards tools. Travel may be limited.

Formación

• Multilingual fluency: English and Portuguese required.
• 2–4 years service center experience with direct customer interaction.
• Familiar with total rewards tools and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute compensation processes between grades local to F and ad-hoc payments.
• Analyze job evaluations, equity reviews, reclassifications and market pricing.
• Research, analyze, and resolve benefit issues escalated by stakeholders.
• Administer benefits including eligibility audits and enrollment audits.
• Audit processing with Business HR and audits AIP Bonus Plan.
• Assist with benefits transfer for international mobility.
• Manage retirement plan administration and related controls.
• Collaborate with vendors to plan, administer, and resolve benefits and retirement processes.
• Improve compensation & benefits administration processes and technologies.
