Advanced Energy is seeking an experienced Total Rewards HR leader for our Mexicali site. The role administers compensation and benefits programs, ensuring local practices align with global Total Rewards strategies and local requirements.

The position collaborates with global teams to optimize pay, incentives, health benefits, and compliance across the site, while supporting HR operations, data accuracy, and audits. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive HR experience focused on compensation and benefits, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related discipline; advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administers and communicates compensation and benefits programs aligned with global Total Rewards strategies.
• Reviews pay changes for equity and policy alignment.
• Partners with Global Total Rewards to optimize base pay, incentives, equity, and health programs.
