Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Mexico City (Santa Fe) is seeking a Global Total Rewards Program Specialist to execute, administer, and analyze Takeda’s global Total Rewards programs within established governance and financial controls.

You will support global Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and Total Rewards operations through disciplined data integrity, reporting, and vendor coordination, partnering with COEs, HR, Finance, and external providers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years relevant experience (discipline-specific).
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Advanced Excel; strong PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Execute complex, global Total Rewards operational processes within defined governance frameworks.
• Support annual cycles, recurring programs, and ad hoc initiatives across assigned discipline(s).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and control of data across Workday and third‑party systems.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and management materials.
• Partner with Global COEs, HR, Finance, TBS, and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Identify operational risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities; support remediation.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and audit‑ready process materials.
• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and governance requirements.
