Job summary

Bain & Company is hiring for a Business Insight Analyst in our Mexico City office. You will join the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications CoE, contributing to multi-week to multi-month projects, and collaborating with global teams and end clients to deliver analytical products.

You will analyze data, build domain expertise in TMT, and leverage Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau to generate high-quality insights while adapting to evolving client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (C1–C2).
• Strong communication skills to drive discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and teamwork abilities; can handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Fast learner who can ramp up on new problems and topics.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• comfortable with uncertainty and changing requirements.
• Learning agility to adopt new analytical tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a team member to deliver projects in the TMT domain.
• Take responsibility for assigned work streams to deliver high-quality output.
• Analyze data to derive insights and build domain knowledge in TMT.
• Ensure timely, accurate analysis with checks and validation.
• Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau to deliver insights.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Associates, and Project Leads to complete workstreams on time.
• Seek feedback for continuous professional development.
