Job summary

Bain & Company Mexico recruits for the BCN Mexico capabilities, supporting campus and lateral hiring for Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Function teams. This hybrid role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with universities and candidates in Mexico.

You will work with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, engage candidates in Spanish and English, and help build a strong talent pipeline for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with advanced English skills for engaging candidates.
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Experience with sourcing tools and building talent pipelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates for campus and lateral roles using sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial conversations to assess fit and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Build relationships with universities and candidate communities in Mexico.
