Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. in Mexico City is hiring a Business Insight Analyst for the TMT CoE. The role blends analytics with client-ready insights and cross-team collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

You will analyze data, develop domain expertise in Technology, Media and Telecommunications, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs on projects ranging from a few weeks to several months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, with strong academics.
• 0–2 years of relevant consulting or analytics experience.
• Proficient in English (C1–C2) with strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and teamwork abilities; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Fast learner, ownership mindset, and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a member of the team to deliver projects within the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications domain.
• Take responsibility for the assigned work streams to deliver high quality output.
• Analyze data to draw meaningful insights and build subject matter expertise in TMT domain.
• Ensure timely, high quality, error-free analysis by performing sound data and reality checks.
• Leverage relevant analytical tools – such as Excel, Alteryx and Tableau – to deliver insightful analysis.
• Work along with other Analysts, Associates, and Project Leads in the team, and own and deliver the allocated workstream in a timely and well-organized manner.
• Work well in a team setting, understand the key aspects of delivery and deliver them with direction from senior team members.
• Own up to professional development by consistently seeking actionable feedback.
