Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Analyst to join the Global Partner Analytics & Talent team. You will deliver data-driven insights and scalable reporting to senior stakeholders across Bain, supporting partner performance, compensation, and promotion diligence.

You’ll blend financial analysis, business intelligence, and data transformation to modernize reporting and enable faster, more informed leadership decisions with a hybrid work model in Polanco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience with large datasets and cross-source data aggregation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop analyses and presentation materials for senior leadership on financial and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, reporting, and performance and design analyses to support decisions.
• Analyze financial information by client and geography to support leadership and committees.
• Support partner compensation and promotion processes with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to track trends and metrics and develop recommendations.
• Work with PAS product team to prepare datasets, analyses, and outputs.
• Build analytical models and reporting solutions using BI tools and AI where appropriate.
