Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in a multinational organization, with exposure to management consulting or business analytics.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to analytical projects across retail sectors, including grocery, apparel, general merchandise, e-commerce, and B2B retail.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality analysis through data validation and rigorous checks.
• Develop expertise in analytical and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, Python, R, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analyze complex business challenges, develop hypotheses, identify opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
• Translate data and analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations for Bain teams and clients.
• Communicate findings effectively through presentations, reports, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams, ensuring timely, well-organized delivery.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Associates, and Project Leads on shared goals.
• Actively seek and provide constructive feedback to support team development.
