Job summary

CT Pack S.r.l. is seeking a Junior Sales Area Manager to support the management, development, and growth of sales in the Puebla region, Mexico. You will work with independence to pursue new business opportunities and maintain client relationships, aiming to meet revenue targets.

You will plan routes, schedule visits, and engage in proactive business development while leveraging CRM to track opportunities and orders. Regular travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management: Execute the commercial strategy within the assigned territory to reach revenue and volume targets.
• Proactive Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new clients.
• Client Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with existing accounts, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Independent Execution: Plan daily routes, visit schedules, and sales activities independently to optimize field efficiency.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities to share actionable insights with leadership.
• Sales Operations & CRM: Prepare sales proposals, manage quotes, track order fulfillment, and diligently update CRM systems with pipeline and activity logs.
