Human Quality - HQP in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive growth in logistics services across strategic markets. You will own end-to-end sales processes, acquire new clients, reactivate previous relationships, and ensure a seamless client experience from quote to delivery.

You will focus on asset-based operations and brokerage, collaborating with internal teams to meet targets and continuously improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Own a reliable vehicle suitable for travel
• Valid U.S. visa
• High willingness to travel regularly

Responsabilités

• Generate sales revenue through new client acquisition and reactivation of previous clients whose business aligns with company goals
• Target specific markets in the Northern and Northeastern zones to increase logistics service sales through asset-based operations and brokerage services
• Manage and facilitate client relationships across departments including contracts, quoting, customer service, planning, operations, claims, invoicing, and collections
• Conduct quarterly meetings to review annual targets set by sales management
• Share professional ideas to support a culture of continuous improvement and positivity
• Maintain and nurture corporate accounts to ensure strong long-term relationships
• Provide insight on potential carrier partners to support quoting processes and strengthen bid performance
• Perform other sales-related tasks or projects as delegated by management
