Uline seeks a Sales Manager for Mexico City/Toluca to lead a growing sales team focused on customer-first relationships. You will guide and develop the team, conduct joint calls with reps and managers, and partner with key accounts to drive effective sales strategies.

The role requires 10+ years in sales leadership, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel within Mexico. On-site work and a robust benefits package are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluent in both written and verbal forms.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Regular travel within Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, develop and manage a sales team of 8–10 representatives.
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers; collaborate with strategic accounts.
• Work with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales goals; identify opportunities for improvements.
