Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Area Business Manager based in Mexico City to drive sales and educate healthcare professionals about MS and Alzheimer's disease therapies. The role requires strategic planning, data analysis, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

You will manage resources, coordinate regional educational initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering robust territory results

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Availability for domestic travel; at least 60%.
• Market launch experience.
• National Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans for your territory and key accounts to meet Biogen's short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
• Promote key promotional messages in line with marketing strategies and Biogen's sales model.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and coordinate regional medical education plans and materials.
• Manage financial resources allocated to actions and plans approved by the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access to implement programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Organize and execute meetings and promotional events with customers.
• Engage with Market Access to align with laws and maximize territory results.
• Demonstrate Biogen's leadership in MS and Alzheimer's disease markets through deep knowledge.
• Pursue continuous learning and participate in Biogen training.
• Keep administrative tasks up to date and provide planning information for territory results.
• Meet productivity KPIs by visiting designated customers as planned.
• Act in accordance with laws and Biogen policies.
