Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Pharma & Biotech in Mexico City. You will shape account and market strategy, build senior-level relationships, and lead growth initiatives across divisions to maximize share of spend.

You will promote integrated Thermo Fisher offerings, drive opportunities, and guide teams to execute strategic plans while monitoring market trends and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Lifesciences.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong track record.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities across a team and influence actions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of international business and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote cross-divisional approach to Pharma & Biotech markets by developing unified strategies.
• Foster end-to-end Thermo Fisher Scientific solutions for clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within pharma and biopharma sectors.
• Track pipeline and opportunities; manage client engagements with CRM tools.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior management.
• Build relationships with key biotech stakeholders and attend industry events.
