Job summary
Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to own technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education client accounts. You will write developer-ready specs, lead audits, and drive AI-enabled workflows that streamline audits, reporting, and content production.
You will build Claude-based tools and integrate workflows with Search Console, GA4, and data surfaces to improve rankings, visibility, and efficiency across multiple sites. Fully remote role with competitive compensation based on experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in SEO with emphasis on technical SEO and agency experience
- Proven ability to identify high-impact site issues and drive fixes
- Hands-on with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush
- Strong WordPress knowledge to spec fixes and manage redirects/schema
Responsibilities
- Lead technical SEO across client accounts and defend prioritizations
- Write developer-ready specs and follow fixes through to verification
- Build Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, QA
- Monitor Search Console and GA4 to catch drops and indexing issues early
- Design scalable systems for the SEO service and document them
- Support client success through deep technical topic discussions
