Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to guide technical SEO for a portfolio of higher education partners. You will run audits, write developer-ready specs, and ensure fixes go live. You’ll also build Claude-based tools to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production, reducing manual work while improving accuracy.

You will collaborate with the SEO Lead and advise on AI-driven search readiness, including structured data, crawler access, and content structuring for LLM-based search.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Track record of identifying high-impact issues and prioritizing fixes.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts, running audits and writing dev-ready specs.
• Prioritize issues by impact and defend decisions.
• Own AI/Claude-based tooling and workflows for audits, reporting, and QA.
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to catch drops and indexing problems.
• Design repeatable systems that scale the SEO service.
