Altana AG seeks a technically oriented sales professional to drive profitable growth in Mexico and Central America. You will establish a strong technical presence with customers, influencers, and prospects in coatings sectors, working with key accounts and distributors.

Applicants should have 5+ years in field technical support or related sales in chemicals, with Spanish and English fluency. Significant travel and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish with strong English communication skills.
• Minimum five years' field technical support or related sales experience in chemicals.
• Undergraduate degree in chemistry or related field.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable growth in Mexico and Central America with technical presence.
• Identify sales opportunities and conduct technically oriented sales calls.
• Develop and execute Market Development plans for coatings segments.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to target profitable opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Support new product launches with coordination, testing and training.
• Deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Use CRM tools and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
