Sulzer is seeking a Regional Sales Head to lead a 3–5 person sales team in the assigned country/region in the Americas. You will own territory strategy, forecast accuracy, and account development for base and strategic opportunities in industrial sectors.

The role requires 30–50% travel, matrix collaboration with operations and service teams, and a focus on profitable growth and customer relationships across refiners, petrochemicals, gas processors and EPCs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in industrial B2B sales with leadership of commercial teams.
• Experience managing complex, engineered-equipment or capital-project cycles.
• Proven forecasting, pipeline management and strategic account development.
• Experience in refining, petrochemicals, chemicals, LNG or mining sectors desired.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned region aligned with MTCS Americas.
• Deliver annual order intake, revenue growth, gross margin and market share objectives.
• Lead and coach 3–5 sales professionals, establishing accountability and high performance.
• Own territory forecasting, pipeline health, qualification and CRM discipline.
• Develop strategic account plans with refiners, petrochemical and gas customers.
• Identify base-business and strategic opportunities including turnarounds and capital projects.
• Coordinate with Operations and Service leadership to align capacity and commitments.
