Responsibilities include market research, technical sales calls, training, and developing market development plans; travel 60%+ to customer sites and events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the Mexican chemicals industry and speaks Spanish with English.

• Spanish speaker; bilingual with English.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth in Mexico and Central America with a strong technical presence for coatings market customers and partners.
• Conduct market research, technically oriented sales calls, training, and identify sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute Market Development plans as part of regional strategy, building senior relationships.
• Work with distribution partners to target profitable growth and represent the company at trade shows.
